Estoppel Certificate (Form 14)
This document has been modified to expand the area for reporting assessment fees (condominium fees, special assessments, and collection of fees related to damages and penalties). This document has been approved for use by the NB Director of Condominiums. It is available in both English and French below.
Notice of Directors and Notice of Change of Directors (Form 9)
This document is used to submit the list of the Condominium Corporation’s Board of Directors to the Director of Condominiums, as per Section 27.1 (1) of the Act. “Within 15 days after the appointment or election of a director to a board, the corporation shall submit, in a form prescribed by regulation, the name and address of the director to the Director of Condominiums.” The form prescribed by regulation is identified as Form 9.
